These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kriky ("Kriky", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Kriky platform at kriky.vip, including all games, promotions, and services offered therein.
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Kriky, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via web browser, mobile browser, or the Kriky app.

Kriky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended until verification is complete.
Kriky accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳ 100.
Kriky does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing. Kriky is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All funds deposited into your Kriky account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Kriky reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Never deposit funds that you cannot afford to lose. Gambling involves financial risk. Kriky strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits before they start playing.
Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.
Standard withdrawal processing time is under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts. Gold and Diamond tier loyalty members receive priority processing. Withdrawals requested during scheduled maintenance windows may experience short delays.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. This involves submitting a clear photo of a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirming ownership of your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time process and typically takes under 5 minutes.
Kriky offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a 200% welcome bonus for new players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.
Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳ 500 bonus means you must place ৳ 10,000 in total bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are met, at which point they convert to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
Kriky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses that are claimed through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts or false information — will be voided and the associated account suspended. Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each game available on Kriky — including Lottery, Keno, Plinko, Ludo Quick, Texas Hold'em, and others — has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that game.
All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by Kriky staff, players, or any third party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Kriky will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system fault may be voided and stakes returned. Kriky's decision in such matters is final.
Kriky maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cheating, fraud, or abuse. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
Kriky actively monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, Kriky reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold all pending withdrawals, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
Kriky may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, all balances associated with the account will be forfeited.
You may close your own Kriky account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding verification or investigation is in progress. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to Kriky's approval.
Kriky collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kriky.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Kriky will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Your continued use of the Kriky platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
